Kalo Livadi beach is just 5 min walk, where you will experience the cosmopolitan vibes of the famous beach bars and restaurants like Solymar, Lohan etc. Agia Anna beach, where the famous restaurant of Spilia is located, is 10 min walk from the villa. Kalafatis beach is 15 min walk.

By the time you enter the villa, you get the cozy feeling of "home". The interior is tastefully appointed with a blend of modern and traditional elements, in a total living area of 200 sq. m. Large windows allow plenty of light to come in. The villa can comfortably sleep 8 guests in its 4 modern double beds, plus 2 more guests if needed, in the built-in sofa beds.

Only 70 meters away from the villa, you will find an amazing secluded beach! This small picturesque beach is protected from the winds. It’s one of the few unspoiled beaches of the island and offers the ideal location for relaxed holidays for families or groups of friends.
